Information we collect
When you opt in to text messages, we collect your name, mobile phone number, and a record of your consent (date, time, and how you opted in). We use this information only to send the messages you asked for and to honor opt-out and help requests.
How we use it
- To send demo and appointment confirmations, reminders, inquiry follow-ups, and account notifications.
- To respond to HELP requests and process STOP requests.
Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We never sell, rent, or buy phone numbers or contact lists.
